- Hillcrest Promotions Limited does not store your credit card information. Payment Security is managed through Windcave for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
- Personal Information of Others: If you provide us with Personal Information relating to a third party, you warrant you are authorised to do so and that you have ensured the individual is aware of the information in this Policy. Marketing Communications, Surveys and Feedback
- We use third parties to assist us to send you generic surveys, collect your feedback and send marketing communications. We provide those third parties with your name and relevant contact information. Such third parties may be offshore. - The relevant third party (where applicable) will collect information about your feedback and responses to the survey, and your interaction with the communication.
